Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please review your cart carefully before completing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing an item, we want to make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or resolution, you must meet the following criteria:
- Contact Us Swiftly: Email us at zenithandhavenroseco@outlook.com within 24 hours of your package being delivered.
- Provide Proof: Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the defective item or the packaging it arrived in.
Please Note: Requests received after the 24-hour delivery window will unfortunately not be eligible for review or replacement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
